Cancellations & Timing

Due to our automated production model, you have a 2-hour window from the moment of acquisition to request any cancellation or modification. Once this period expires, the piece enters our production house and the process cannot be halted. 

Once your piece has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed. Please note that carriers may require up to 48 hours to reflect the current status in their systems.

DOM3N3CH3S never accesses, processes, or stores your full card numbers or CVV codes on our local servers or hosting infrastructure.   • Automatic Adjustments: Eligible reductions are applied directly to your Selection at Checkout once requirements are met. These priority adjustments are reflected in the valuation before any manual input.
  • Promotional Sequences: Once automatic adjustments are settled, you may apply a specific Manual Coupon during the final stage of your acquisition.

  • Delivery Responsibility: DOM3N3CH3S is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivered to an address other than the one specified in the original acquisition. Orders addressed to freight forwarding services are placed at the member’s own risk; the House does not provide replacements or refunds for items confirmed as delivered to such facilities.
  • Operational Cycle: Dispatches occur on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays, as the management and production hubs follow this standardized schedule.
  • Financial Settlement: Credit Cards: Acquisitions are typically billed upon shipment.
  • Debit & Digital Wallets: Payments are pre-authorized at Checkout. Depending on the financial institution’s protocol, charges may be settled immediately upon order confirmation.
  • Dynamic Valuation: The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects a single-unit dispatch. Total logistics costs are automatically computed at Checkout based on the final selection.

I. Hierarchy & Status Validation

The House hierarchy—Identity, Archive, and Privé—is governed by the accumulation of system credits. These credits are derived from direct acquisitions and network expansion via the Vouching Protocol.

  • To verify your current Status Credit balance and standing, access your private dashboard through the System Portal.

II. Vouching Protocol (Network Expansion)

In the event that an Identity Link fails to credit the host after a referral, ensure the guest has successfully finalized their inaugural authentication (first acquisition). The system updates status credits in real-time once the order is validated.

  • Inaugural Access: Access credentials for guests feature a 30-day validity window. Beyond this period, the entry protocol expires automatically.

III. Archive & Private Vault Access

Authorization for restricted collections and The Private Vault is a function of Privé standing. If your account has met the required threshold ($4,000) but the system has not unlocked the assets, we recommend re-authenticating your session to refresh status credentials.

IV. System Integrity

DOM3N3CH3S reserves the right to audit and recalibrate credits in the event of cancellations or database inconsistencies to maintain the integrity of the House ecosystem.

THE HOUSE | SYSTEM PROTOCOLS

Terms & Conditions

I. Status Architecture & Thresholds The House operates under a strict hierarchy of identity. Access to systemic benefits is governed by cumulative investment thresholds: Identity ($0), Archive ($1,500), and Privé ($4,000). Automated systems audit the subtotal—excluding taxes and shipping—to authorize the corresponding status.

II. The Archive Clause (Curated Reductions) DOM3N3CH3S protects the intrinsic value of its history. Items cataloged under Curated Reductions feature a definitive value readjustment and, by mandate of the House, are expressly excluded from higher-tier scaling. Every piece in this category operates under a strict 10% automatic benefit, regardless of standing. This policy is irrevocable.

III. Access Privileges and The Private Vault Access to The Private Vault and restricted works is a privilege reserved exclusively for Privé identities. The House reserves the right to limit the availability of this confidential inventory. Under no circumstances will these pieces be transferred to the public catalog.

IV. Vouching Protocol (Network Expansion) The issuance of Status Credits to the host is subject to the validation of the invitation: the guest must register a new profile and successfully finalize their inaugural authentication. The Inaugural Access (10% reduction) granted to the guest is for single use, personal, and non-transferable.

V. Asset Integrity (Credit Logic) Status Credits are a metric of standing within the hierarchy. Unlike traditional currency, the 10% automatic reduction is a systemic right activated by the identity’s credentials. The House reserves the right to audit and recalibrate credits in the event of order cancellations or database inconsistencies to maintain the integrity of the ecosystem.
